Sincere sympathies to Clarence's family. I guess we knew him through my father John J. Chisholm. We loved our chats when we me at the stores or restaurant. My husband would tease him, and we would share a laugh. We will miss seeing him. God bless!

We are so very saddened to lose Clarence. He was always a delight and so very thoughtful to make time to visit our parents. Dad particularly enjoyed his chats with Clarence. When he couldn't visit, he would call to keep in touch. We are privileged to have know him and to witness his thoughtfulness first hand. To the family: we got to know Clarence when he was in the VG Hospital in May of 2018. Charles shared a room with him and enjoyed many games of crib with him. He left a lasting impression and Charles made him a crib board which we had the pleasure of delivering to Clarence and having a visit in September of 2019. Clarence was a lovely man and we extend our deepest sympathy to you all.

Dear Marie and family, It seems long ago, but I remember Clarence very well from my time as minister to the pastoral charge from 1977-79. I enrolled in the Canadian Forces Chaplaincy at that point. Clarence was always supportive, upbeat and did not lack an encouraging word. Jesus has said, "Well done, loyal and faithful servant."
