So sorry to hear of Marg's passing. Just read it in the Guysborough Journal I met Marg in 1982 & worked hand in hand as Municipal Clerk's in the County of Guysborough. I was in St. Mary's & her in Canso. We had one awesome Trip to Newfoundland together in 1991 to the FCM Conference. I will always remember my Dear Friend Marg. Dear MacDougall family, I am so saddened to learn of the passing of Marg. She and I are/were of the same generation, with fond memories of Hazel Hill and Commercial Cable days. Our sincere condolence to Margs family. Taught in Canso High from 1967 to 1971. Marg(as she went by) was the Town Clerk. A very bright and competent Lady. She was always there for me when I needed help. Her wise counsel was much appreciated. For Marg, Canso came first. She never never missed a chance to promote Canso.
