Woodington, Claude Leighton - Age 86 years of Little Dover, Guysborough Co. It is with a heavy heart the family announce his passing on Saturday, January 2nd, 2021 in Eastern Memorial Hospital, Canso. Born on October 13th, 1934 in Long River, P.E.I. He was a son of the late Claude William Woodington & Annie Mable Jollymore. Husband of the late, Gloria Mary (Barry). Last surviving member of his immediate family. He will be missed by sons, Gerald & Heather (Malloy) Woodington, Roachvale, Guysborough Co.; Kevin Woodington, Alberta; grandchildren & great-grandchild; Many knew Claude from working at the fish plant in Canso, also for his meat cutting shop & Taxidermy Business. As to his request cremation has taken place. There will be no service. In lieu of Flowers donations can be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia or Alzheimer's Society. Funeral arrangements are under the care of Dennis Haverstock Funeral Homes, Canso.
