Watts, Raymond William- 80, Port Hood, Inverness Co., died Monday, December 29, 2009 in St. Martha’s Regional Hospital, Antigonish. Born in Port Hood, he was a son of the late Hadley and Esther (Bell) Watts. Raymond is survived by his sons, Ray (Diane), Tim (Betty) both of Cayuga, Ontario and Tom (Jennie) Ottawa, Ontario; brother, Earl (Sadie), Port Hood; sister, Muriel MacLean, Highland Crest Home, Antigonish; grandchildren, Jessica, Cameron, Lisa, Tyler, Ryan, Emma and Sam. He was predeceased by his brother, Walter, sisters, Ethel Baggo, Margaret Hobel and Hadalene Damas. Visitation will be held Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. in St. Stephen's United Church, Port Hood from where the funeral service will be held Saturday, January 2, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. with Reverend Jim MacNaughton officiating. Burial in Union Protestant Cemetery, Port Hood. Memorial donations in memory of Raymond may be made to the Children’s Wish Foundation, Nova Scotia Chapter. Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of Dennis Haverstock Funeral Home, Port Hawkesbury. Words of comfort may be forwarded to the family at: www.haverstocks.com
