Watts, Raymond William- 80, Port Hood, Inverness Co., died Monday, December 29, 2009 in St. Martha’s Regional Hospital, Antigonish. Born in Port Hood, he was a son of the late Hadley and Esther (Bell) Watts. Raymond is survived by his sons, Ray (Diane), Tim (Betty) both of Cayuga, Ontario and Tom (Jennie) Ottawa, Ontario; brother, Earl (Sadie), Port Hood; sister, Muriel MacLean, Highland Crest Home, Antigonish; grandchildren, Jessica, Cameron, Lisa, Tyler, Ryan, Emma and Sam. He was predeceased by his brother, Walter, sisters, Ethel Baggo, Margaret Hobel and Hadalene Damas. Visitation will be held Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. in St. Stephen's United Church, Port Hood from where the funeral service will be held Saturday, January 2, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. with Reverend Jim MacNaughton officiating. Burial in Union Protestant Cemetery, Port Hood. Memorial donations in memory of Raymond may be made to the Children’s Wish Foundation, Nova Scotia Chapter.
