Obituary
Please share a memory of Scott to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Morrow, Scott David - 23, Monastery, stayed with us longer than anyone expected, yet left us much too soon. A very special son, brother, uncle, nephew and cousin, Scott was born February 2nd, 1986; he passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, on March 19th, 2009 at Saint Martha's Regional Hospital, Antigonish.
In this short period of time, he touched every single person he ever met. Scott made his family, friends and fellow classmates so proud when he graduated from Dr. John Hugh Gillis Regional High School in 2007. In the two years following graduation, he worked at CACL Antigonish. He loved Lay's regular potato chips, apple juice, TV and hugs. Scott is survived by his loving and devoted parents, Terrance “Terry” and Matilda “Tee” (Worth) Morrow, his brother Greg (Suzanne) and niece Kate, Fall River; aunt Bernadette (Rod) Garrett , Goodwood, ON; uncles David (Lynda) Worth and Dannie (Cindy) Worth, both of Guysborough; aunts Connie (John) Oliver, Chester; Lisa (Reggie) Morrow-DeCoste, East Tracadie; uncle Roland (Elizabeth) Morrow, Monastery and several cousins. He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents Bernie and Barb Worth, paternal grandparents Hamilton and Abbie Morrow, uncles Gerald Worth and David Morrow.
Visitation will be held Sunday, March 22nd, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. in St. Peter’s Meeting Place. Funeral mass will be held 2 p.m. Monday, in St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church, Tracadie with Father John Barry officiating. Family flowers only please. Memorial donations in memory of Scott may be made to the IWK Health Centre, St. Martha’s Regional Hospital, CACL Antigonish or charity of choice.
