Dear Emily & Yvon, & Family, We were so sorry to learn of Pat's untimely passing. Although I had not known Pat, I feel the connection because of the brief contacts with you, Brian and Lillian. Of course I recall the pride my parents felt anytime one of the "Framer" clan were in contact with us. That was a feeling that only got stronger as I got older and met so many wonderful members of this family. Lillian has always been first to recognize me during our brief meetings that remain precious. If it is possible for my wife and I to attend the burial service in Cape Breton, we would want to be with you if we are advised of that future date. Having grown up in the home of a miner and my namesake (after Uncle Gussie), from an early age I was aware of the meaning of faith. It is that kind of faith that will help those who mourn proceed with beautiful memories of Pat. You and your entire family are in our thoughts and prayers at this time.
