To Donald, Bill and Lisa, So sorry to hear of your dad' s death. I have so many fond memories of meals at your house when I first moved to Port Hawkesbury, coffee with your mom and listening to your dad's stories. They were both such great people , individually, and as a couple. Losing both parents in such a relatively short time frame must be so difficult. Our hearts go out to you. With love, Judy and Rod

Hello Donald, my Mom noticed your Dad's obituary and let me know. My condolences to you and your family. It is with interest I note we both live in Kentville now. So many years after the house on Granville Street in Vancouver. I did try to contact you after your Mother's passing. I don't know if you received the message. Bill, Don, and Lisa - My deepest condolences to you and your families. My time working with your mom and dad were some of my happiest. He taught me so much and we had so much fun. I use many of his tricks with my students to this day, even with my kids. You are all in our thoughts.

I send my deepest condolences. Uncle Don was a special man to me. My first time in a canoe was with him. He taught me about nature and aviation and always had a smile and arm on your shoulder. My mom and dad also thought the world of him. I'll have lifelong happy memories of my uncle Don.
