Bryson, Mary Evelyn, Guysborough, age 95. Passed away on Tuesday, June 10, 2014 in Guysborough Memorial Hospital. Born in Guysborough, on April 26, 1919, she was a daughter of the late Thomas and Clara (McAllister) Worth. She was a member of St. Ann’s Parish, Guysborough. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Surviving are her daughters, Diane (Max) Tulk, Guysborough; Ann (Owen) Carter, Montreal, Que.; son, William "Bill" (Trish), Cobourg, Ont.; 9 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Collie; son, Jimmy; brothers, Bud, Harold, Bernie and Gerald. Visitation will be from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, June 12 in Dennis Haverstock Funeral Home, Guysborough. Funeral mass will be held 11 a.m. Friday, June 13 in St. Ann’s Roman Catholic Church, Guysborough with Rev. Tom MacNeil officiating. Burial in the parish cemetery. Family flowers only please.
