LeBlanc Karen Marie- 46 of East Skye Glen. Inverness Co. died suddenly Sunday September 24, 2006 as a result of a motor vehicle accident in St. Patrick’s Channel. She was born in North Sydney, Dec. 29, 1959 a daughter of Anna (MacIntosh) Donald C. MacInnis, Skye Glen. A devoted mother and grandmother Karen graduated from UCCB in 1995. She was employed as a hospitality manager of Main Street Café, Ingonish. Karen is survived by her loving son Joseph LeBlanc, Mississauga, ON and special granddaughter Emma, Charlottetown, PEI; sisters, Sandra and Lisa, both of Mississauga, ON; brothers John MacInnis, Mississauga ON; Glenn MacInnis, Etobicoke ON; several nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles. Visitation will be held 2-9 Friday Sept. 29, 2006 in the Dennis Haverstock Funeral Home, Whycocomagh. Funeral mass 11 am Saturday from St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church, Brook Village, Fr Bernie MacDonald and Rev. Donna Tourneur Officiating, burial in Skye Glen Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Karen may be made to Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation or Canadian Diabetes Association.
