CUNNINGHAM, Stephen Jerome - 27, Whitecourt, Alta., formerly of Manchester, Guysborough Co., died Sunday, January 28, 2007, in Royal Alexandra Hospital, Edmonton. Born in Antigonish, he was a son of Anthony "Tony" Cunningham, Manchester, and Catherine (MacPherson) Cunningham, Monastery. Stephen was a member of St. Ann's Parish, Guysborough. He is survived by his girlfriend, Tanya Daly, Whitecourt, Alta.; brothers, Daniel, Manchester; Devin, Whitecourt; Gregory, Manchester; nephew, Colby, Antigonish; paternal grandparents, Louis "Bud" and Helen Cunningham, Havendale; maternal grandparents, Vernon and Jean MacPherson, Manchester; several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by uncles, Johnie and Wayne MacPherson. Visitation will be 2-9 p.m. Thursday and 12-2:45 p.m. Friday in Dennis Haverstock Funeral Home, Guysborough. Funeral mass will be held 3 p.m. Friday in St. Ann's Roman Catholic Church, Father Angus MacGillivray officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Family flowers only please.
