Delorey, Margaret Martha - Age 102 years, Hazel Hill, Guysborough Co., Passed away on Thursday, April 2, 2015 in Canso Seaside Manor, Canso. Born in Little Dover, Guys. Co. on April 15, 1912 she was a daughter of the late Martin and Julie (Haines) Daley. She is the last surviving member of her immediate family. She leaves to mourn her loss sons, Harry (Roseanne), Earl (Bella), Sam (Janet), Bernie (Barb), Henry (Gladys) and Bobby (Tammy); 18 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren, 1 great – great-grandchild. She was predeceased by her husband, Martin Delorey, son in infancy; brothers, Levi, Vincent and James Daley; sisters, Lena, Elizabeth, Annie, Amelia and Mary. Visitation will be from 7-9 p.m. Saturday and 2-9 p.m. Sunday, in Dennis Haverstock Funeral Home, Canso. Funeral mass will be held 11 a.m. Monday, April 6, 2015 from Star of the Sea Roman Catholic Church, Canso with Father Dan MacDonald officiating. Burial in the parish cemetery at a later date.
