Richardson, Naomi Bertha Loretta - Age 68, of Glen Haven Manor, New Glasgow and formerly of Manassette Lake. Passed away on Thursday, May 12, 2016 in Aberdeen Regional Hospital, New Glasgow. Naomi was born in Manassette Lake; she was a daughter of the late Harry and Anne (Shea) Richardson. She was a long-time resident of Riverview Homes, Stellarton. She enjoyed listening to country music and reading. She loved to rock her younger siblings and her many nieces and nephews. Naomi is survived by her sisters, Lorraine (Gary) Ehler, St. Francis Harbour; Ruby Ehler (Danny), Manassette Lake; Priscilla (Richard) Hansen, Truro; Hazel Richardson (John), East Tracadie; Darlene (Gary) Green, Linwood; Agnes (Murray) Crocker, Truro; Debbie (Tom) Boudreau, East Tracadie; Joanne (Danny) MacLeod, Truro; brothers, Sam (June), Kemptown; Willard (Dianne), Truro; sister-in-law, Linda Richardson, Antigonish; and many nieces and nephews. Besides her parents Naomi was predeceased by her sisters, Linda in infancy, Rose; brother, Austin and brother-in-law, Keith Ehler. Visitation will take place on Sunday, May 15, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. in Dennis Haverstock Funeral Home, 54 Queen Street, Guysborough. Funeral mass will take place 3 p.m. Monday, May 16 from St. Francis of Assisi Roman Catholic Church, St. Francis Harbour with Father Allan MacPhie officiating. Burial in the parish cemetery at a later date. Family flowers only please.
