ROSE, Paul Gordon – Age 60, Canso passed away on Monday, August 27, 2018, in Eastern Memorial Hospital, Canso. Born in North Sydney, he was a son of the late Wilbur and Annie (Meagher) Rose. Paul’s work experience was always in customer service, first at Steadman’s Store and then at Hart’s Store Ltd. For the past 20 years he worked at Canso Garage Limited. Surviving are his brother, Howard (Lucina) Rose; sister, Nina (Tom Anderson) Rose; he is also survived by nieces, Kathy Lee, Ann, Sharon and Karen; nephew, Lloyd; brother-in-law, Sonny. Besides his parents he was predeceased by a brother and sister in infancy; half sister, Yvonne Bobbitt. No visitation by request. A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday in Fourth Hill Cemetery, Canso with Rev. Donna Lovelace officiating. Memorial donations to a charity of one’s choice.
