GRADY, Jean 'Jennie' - 92, Port Shoreham, Guysborough Co., died Sunday, June 18, 2006, in Guysborough Memorial Hospital. Born in Guysborough Intervale, she was a daughter of the late Alexander and Lilla (Torrey) MacKay. Jennie was predeceased by her husband, Oscar, and sister, Velma MacKay. Surviving are children, Wayne, Dartmouth; Patti, at home; Edie (Ed) Gallant, Ontario; David, (Nancy), Port Shoreham; eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 21, in St. Paul's Anglican Church, Boylston, Rev. Tory Byrne officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Donations may be made to the charity of your choice. Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of Dennis Haverstock Funeral Home, Guysborough.
