GUTHRO, John James - 62, Ottawa, Ont., passed away Thursday, August 12, 2004, in Guysborough Memorial Hospital. Born in New Glasgow, he was a son of Lillian DeYoung, Stellarton and the late John William Guthro. He was a long-time employee at Van's Mobile High Pressure Washer. Surviving are daughters, Debbie and Charmaine, both of Ottawa; son, Barry (Charlotte), Calgary; brother, Everett (Muriel), Manchester; niece, Wendy (Calvin) Olsen, Dartmouth. He was a loving 'Grandpa John' to all his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by loving companion, Florence Hooley.
Funeral mass will be Wednesday at 10 a.m. in St. Ann's Roman Catholic Church, Guysborough, Father Will MacPherson officiating. Burial at a later date. Family flowers only please.
