HART, Johnathan Alexander - 22, Manchester, Guysborough Co., died Sunday, July 16, 2006, as a result of a motor vehicle accident. Born in Antigonish, he was a son of John and Clara (Hadley) Hart.
Johnathan was a student at NSCC Strait Campus, taking a steam and pipefitting course. He was a member of Boylston United Church and caretaker of the church cemetery. He was employed with Guthro's Collections of Manchester. Johnathan enjoyed riding his four-wheeler and visiting with his friends and his older neighbours in the community.
Besides his parents, he is survived by sisters, April, Halifax; Jennifer, Edmonton, Alta.; paternal grandfather, Bruce (Joan) Hart, Manchester; uncles, Bruce (Margaret) Hadley, Boylston; Edmund (Ann) Hadley, MacPhersons Lake; Bernie (Darlene) Hart, Dunmore Road, Antigonish Co.; aunt, Brenda (Kevin) Hart, Fort McMurray, Alta.; several cousins. He was predeceased by his paternal grandmother, Ethel Hart; maternal grandparents, Alex and Georgina Hadley and uncle Curtis Hart.
Visitation will be 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday in Dennis Haverstock Funeral Home, Guysborough. Funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Thursday in Boylston United Church, Rev. Gary Manthorne and Rev. Wanda Grant officiating. Burial will be in Manchester Community Cemetery. Donations in memory of Johnathan may be made to the Guysborough Memorial Hospital or Canadian Cancer Society.
