Isaac, Stephen Paul – 68, Potlotek First Nation, passed away on Wednesday, September 5, 2012 in Strait Richmond Hospital, Evanston. Born in Chapel Island, he was a son of the late John and Louise (Nicholas) Isaac. Stephen was a retired labour having worked for many companies through his life. He leaves to mourn, 5 step-sons, brother, Bruno (Anna Claire), Chapel Island; godchildren, Peter "PJ" Isaac, William John Isaac and Flower Pictou, and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents and sisters, Susan, Mary and Annie; brothers, Anthony, Henry and Paul. Visitation will take place at the Community Hall, 21 Old Band Office Road, Chapel Island after 2 p.m. Monday, September 10. Funeral Mass will be held 11a.m. Wednesday in Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, Barra Head with Father Dennis Lamey officiating. Burial in Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Barra Head.
