MacKenzie, Allan Malcolm - 74, River Denys, died Sunday, June 13, 2004, in St. Martha's Regional Hospital, Antigonish. Born in River Denys, he was a son of the late John D. and Willena (MacLean) MacKenzie. He was a retired truck driver employed by Georgia Pacific Corporation, Big Brook. He was a member of Forbes United Church, River Denys. He is survived by daughter, Heather (David) Richardson, River Denys; sons, Kenneth and Glen, both of River Denys; granddaughter, Allana Richardson. He was the last surviving member of his immediate family. He was predeceased by his wife, the former Nellie MacLeod; brother, Alex; infant son, John Alexander. No visitation by request. Funeral service 11 a.m. Friday, June 18, in Forbes United Church, Rev. Aaron Billard officiating. Burial in Fir Grove Cemetery.
