MacLean, Howard E. "Howie" - Age 80 Guysborough, passed away on Monday, April 18, 2016, in the Guysborough Memorial Hospital. Born in Guysborough on May 10, 1935, he was a son of the late Murray and Lucy (Mintis) MacLean. Howie is survived by his sister, Stella, Halifax; brother, Arnold, Toronto; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by sisters, Merle and Yvonne; brother, Allister. Visitation will be from 12:30 to 2 p.m. Saturday with funeral service at 2 p.m. both in Dennis Haverstock Funeral Home, Guysborough with Rev. Warren Fitzgerald officiating. Burial at a later date.
