To Joan, Gary, Neil and all extended family, although I have little recall of your mom and renowned "Nan", I have had the pleasure of getting to know many of you over the past year. If there is anything that is obvious, your mother and grandmother instilled something in all of you that is a beautiful thing. Although she couldn't physically be in Port Shoreham with you over Xmas, she clearly was everywhere with each of you in spirit, and it is evident that her spirit will continue to live strong. The stories I have heard about her clearly have inspired others, so I hope you take comfort in knowing her work here continues through all of you, and my kids and I have felt blessed by that in the short time we have been getting to know you.
