SAVOURY, M. Ethel - 71, Canso, died Sunday, May 15, 2005, in Eastern Memorial Hospital, Canso. Born in Little Dover, she was a daughter of the late Howard and Aleta (Newell) Bouchie. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Agnes Parish, Little Dover. Surviving are sisters, Evelyn (Gabriel) Keefe, Little Dover; Emily (Howard Greencorn), Canso; Joyce Keating, Canso; Hilda (Mike) Davis, Bridgewater; Susan (Danny) Power, Prince Edward Island; Colleen (Kevin) Rhynold, Port Hawkesbury; brothers, James 'Bud' (Lorena), Canso; Roger (Jeannie) Bouchie, Canso; Martin (Valeria), Little Dover; Robert (Colleen), Alberta. Also surviving are numerous nieces and nephews, and great friend, little Donna, Canso.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 19, at 9:30 a.m. until the funeral mass at 11 a.m. in St. Agnes Roman Catholic Church, Little Dover, Rev. Daniel Boudreau officiating. Burial in the parish cemetery. Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of Dennis Haverstock Funeral Home, Canso.
