WORTH, Catherine Agnes 'Cassie' - 94, Guysborough, formerly of Cooks Cove, died Tuesday, September 13, 2005, in Milford Haven Home for Special Care, Guysborough. Born in Halfway Cove, Guysborough Co., she was a daughter of the late George H. and Gertrude (Dickie) Williams. She was a former teacher of Guysborough High School and was a seamstress for many years. She was a member of Wesley United Church, Guysborough; a member of the former Chedabucto Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star and a member of the Guysborough and Area Garden Club. She is survived by daughters, Marjorie Pyne, Moncton, N.B.; Virginia (David) Dunlop, Boutilier's Point; Shirley Worth, Moncton, N.B.; Marie Worth, Bedford; Theresa Coswell, Saint John, N.B.; Marilyn (Robert) McKinnon, Milford; sons, Lloyd and Lawrence (Joan), both of Horton's Cove; Robert (Verne), Cooks Cove; sisters, Dolena Hiltz, Aylesford; Doris Black, New Minas; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by husband, Murray G.; daughter, Joan; sons, Wesley, George, and Elton; sisters, Rose, Ruth, Mary and Nina in infancy; brothers, Whitney, Oscar, Hartley, Russell, and Charles. Visitation will be Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. in Dennis Haverstock Funeral Home, Guysborough. Funeral service will be held Friday at 2 p.m. in Wesley United Church, Guysborough, Rev. Leonard Oracheski officiating. Burial in Evergreen Cemetery, Guysborough. Memorial donations in memory of Cassie may be made to Milford Haven Home for Special Care, Guysborough.
