MacAULAY, Mary Euphemia-94, formerly of Hazeldale, Victoria Co. died Thursday, October 11,2007 in Alderwood Rest Home, Baddeck. Born in East Lake Ainslie, she was a daughter of the late Dan H. and Margaret Anne (MacMillan) MacMillan. Mary was a retired teacher, having taught in Hazeldale, North Shore and Whycocomagh Portage. She was a member of the Little Narrows Presbyterian Church and a life member of the Little Narrows A.M.S. Dr. Gordon MacLeod Chapter 37 O.E.S. Whycocomagh, holding many offices in the Chapter including Worthy Matron. She is survived by daughters Florence MacInnis, Little Narrows, Janet Matheson, Aberdeen; son Donald (Jean), Sydney River; sister Georgina MacKay, Sudbury, Ont.; Brother William (Mary), East Lake Ainslie; grandchildren Barry (Theresa) MacInnis, Wanda (Ian) MacLean, Stephen (Amanda) Matheson, Angela Matheson, Todd (Janine) MacAulay, Lyle (Jolette) MacAulay; great grandchildren Amanda, Lily, Jacob, Colin, Mitchell. She was predeceased by husbands Henry Johnston, Philip MacAulay, grandson Daniel Matheson, infant great granddaughter Abbey MacLean, sister Margaret, brothers Colin, Hugh, Charles, Alexander, Duncan. Visitation will be held today from 2-9pm with an Eastern Star Service at 7pm, both in the Dennis Haverstock Funeral Home, Whycocomagh. Funeral Service will be held at 3pm Sunday in Little Narrows Presbyterian Church, with Rev. Adam Lees officiating. Burial in the Church Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Little Narrows Presbyterian Church, Alderwood Rest Home or a charity of your choice. Words of comfort may be forwarded to the family at: www.haverstocks.com
