WILLIAMS, Leslie Everett - 72, Half Island Cove, passed away Friday, July 16, 2004, in High-Crest Sherbrooke Nursing Home. Born in Half Island Cove, Guysborough Co., he was a son of the late Hurbert and Wilda (Hendsbee) Williams. He was a fish plant worker. Surviving are his wife, the former Isabel Wight; sisters, Vivian (Leslie) Scott, Guysborough; Joyce (Wesley) Gosbee, Halifax; Rena Casey, Halifax; Violette (Scot) Porter, Bedford; Patricia (Bernard) Andrews, Boylston; Karen (Donald) Greencorn, Half Island Cove; brothers, Lawrence (Vivian), Half Island Cove; Hiram (Jessie), Souris, P.E.I; Albert (Elaine), St. Catharines, On. Visitation will be from 7-9 p.m. Monday in Dennis Haverstock Funeral Home, Canso. Interment will be held at a later date in Lower Montaque Cemetery. No flowers by request.
