Dear Dylan & Madison, I'm truly heartbroken for you both after hearing your amazing Mom passed on. I knew your Mom very well from her years growing up in Port Hood. Carla was always so much fun to be around. She could make the most ordinary things interesting. I'm not at all surprised that Carla was such a wonder Mom. She had every wonderful quality it takes to be the best. Carla will be forever, lovingly remembered. Thinking of you all during this incredibly sad time.

Carla and I were friends in high-school. We have lost touch over the years but I always remember the fun we had. She was a genuine person and I am saddened to hear of her passing. God bless all of you and may your memories bring you strength in the coming days. You are in my thoughts and prayers. God bless and RIP Carla

Carla and I met in Secretarial at UCCB. We hit it off right away; 2 Route 19ers! We were doing a Shorthand exam one day when Carla kicked the power cord under the desk and lost everything. She whispered what do I do! I said I’ll just print off 2 of mine and you put your name on one. Needless to say not our finest moment!! Trouble seemed to find us easily. We had so many laughs. My deepest condolences on losing Carla. She was such a sweetheart.

Dylan and Maddie I was so sorry to hear about your Mom. She always had the Biggest Smile and was A Wonderful Person. She fought so hard and so long to stay with you and now she’s with the Love Of Her Life, Your Dad. Cherish all The Special Memories as I know there are many. So sad to hear of Carla’s passing. She was one of the good ones and she will be deeply missed by all. Madison and Dylan, I am truly sorry for the loss of your mom. Just remember how strong she was and how much she loved you. And be so proud of that. My hat goes off to you and your mom for fighting through all the struggles. It couldn’t have been easy at times. One thing I can say Carla always would greet you with a smile, no matter how she felt. Again, sorry for your loss and may she rest easy.
