To Eileen and Family, Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. We will miss Vince
when we return to Canso. He had a wonderful smile, made us giggle and as much as Alzheimer's took him,
he still knew how to dance. May he rest in peace and watch over his loved one's.

I was sorry to hear about Vince’s passing. I knew Vince thought the NSLC at regional meetings and when I would go to the Canso store for training . I enjoy my time at his store. He always made me feel welcome with his relaxed personality. Talking with him I am not sure which was the bigger week, Christmas or the Stan Rogers Folk Festival. He clearly loved being a part of his community.
Please accept my condolences.

Vinny will always be remembered as a kind hearted person to me with a certain degree of seriousness that never closed his ability to have fun and share laughter in the company of family and friends. Was always enjoyable playing basketball with him in the Canso and area men’s league when in High School. What wicked trips we had. While having a grand old time on the court with Finn Armsworthy playing in his bare feet. lol Vince’s contributions to our community of Canso certainly were as equal as his love and compassion for its people and philanthropy. As a father-in-law to my son and Grampy to our grandchildren he was tolerant, loving, caring and emotional man that only meant sharing love with others. God speed Vinny. Always in my heart.
