Sander, Vesty, Mary Ann and all family, I send my deepest sympathy. Anna Marie "Nana" was always so pleasant to talk with wherever I saw her. I picture Nana with her lovely white hair sitting between Sander & Mary Ann at every Sat. evening mass. I have Covid so I'm so sad I'm not able to attend wake/funeral especially since she & Sander, also Mary Ann & especially Vesty attended so many. You are all in my thoughts & prayers.

Aunt Nana and my mom were childhood friends. Their husbands were brothers. Best friends for life. I remember being a small child visiting in that home. Aunt Nana was always the sweetest lady. I always stopped in when home visiting and i can see her getting tea ready and saying “wait til i tell ya”. Such a joy. Love you very much.

Aunt Nana was one of those people who should have had a pair of Angels wings. Always what an aunt should be. Great memories as a young fella staying there for the summer. Will be a different place to visit with her passing. My deepest sympathy to all the family.

With deepest sympathy to the family. When I heard of Nana’s passing I called my mom, (Frances and Gordon Embree). I remember as a child our family lived beside them in Port Hawkesbury. Mom told me a story how Nana she said I need my hair cut. Mom said I can’t cut your hair. Nana went and got the scissors and my mom cut her hair. My mom is a shy lady but she said Nana was very easy to visit with.
Thinking of you all at this time.

My deepest sympathies to all the family. I remember Nana when I was a child going to her and Sanders house. She always had the cleanest, sparkling floors, she would sit on the step waiting for them to dry and to keep everyone out! Home was her castle. She was always kind. May she rest in peace and Sandra, Roddie , Marlene and families think of all the love she will be surrounding you with. RIP Nana
