My heartfelt condolences to all of William’s family. I spent a lot of time in classes as a Teacher Assistant with Willam while he was in school. His huge smile always made me happy and I was always laughing at his mischievous activities. He will be missed. Please know there are many people thinking about you all.

I remembered when he was young selling some tickets, Christmas wreath, etc, used to come by,,, and when he goes for groceries for Helen ,our neighbor, used to asked me if I need some thing in the store , he come home with groceries and changed for Helen, every time I saw him ,he always give me a friendly gesture and I called him handsome boy!!!!!! fly high neighbor, for sure Helen our neighbor and a friend will be very sad as every body feel,,,,,From Ligaya/Jack

The first time I met William he scared the daylights out of me, he flung the jeep door open and and said "oh wrong jeep" then asked me if it was Mikey's dad's jeep. When I replied yes he bear hugged me, when he released me he said see you in a minute and went to find Michael. He was a great friend and will be missed dearly
