Condolences to all the family. Noel was such a wonderful man and a talented Tradesman and community leader. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. To the Gould Family, After reading Noel's obituary it is obvious he achieved much in his long life and leaves behind a large family legacy of love. God Bless Noel and may he Rest In Peace my condolences to all the family.I work at the nursing home served him his meals often.I was speaking gaelic to him and he was answering me back in gaelic,I said I'm going to make a Scotchman out of you yet,he would laugh.Noel was a gentleman to everyone we all loved him.RIP dear Noel.
